Ivan Ruzic – Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of TheInfoPro, Ruzic brings a background in quantitative market research coupled with 20+ years of global experience in leading and building technology companies — through both organic growth and acquisition — to lead TheInfoPro’s strategy and growth as a leading advisory and research firm for the IT industry. Most recently, Ruzic was the CEO of a venture-backed mobile application development company, but is best known for his contributions to the success and growth of enterprises involved in the build out IT infrastructure, a core market intelligence arena for TheInfoPro. Originally a native of Australia, Ruzic holds a Science B.Sc. and Ph.D., together with a degree in Information Technology. He is also a member of the Edison Venture Director Network and is affiliated with several VC funds and Angel networks. Public organizations to whose success Ruzic has contributed include: Borland (BORL), BEA Systems (BEAS), Novell (NOVL), Computer Associates (CA) and Monsanto (MON).
Ken Male – Executive Vice Chairman and Founder
As Executive Vice Chairman, Male – founder of TheInfoPro – leverages over 25 years of experience in the IT industry to work with Ivan Ruzic, CEO, to advance TheInfoPro’s strategy. Male also spearheads the organization’s business development initiatives through the creation of new products and services and by breaking into new geographies and channels. In 2001, Male developend TheInfoPro’s unique research methodolgy – which allows for direct communication between the most elite IT decision makers worldwide – after recognizing the importance that market intelligence and advisory services play in both making sound decisions and understanding the conditions of the information technology competitive landscape. Prior to founding TheInfoPro, Male held distinguished positions with IT providers and market research firms including Gartner, Giga, Jupiter, DEC and EMC. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events and has provided industry briefings and commentary to such major news organizations as Forbes, CNBC, Dow Jones, Storage Magazine, InformationWeek, Financial Times and InfoStor.
Steven Adler – Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of TheInfoPro, Adler leverages more than 25 years’ experience in business development and operations to ensure that corporate and customer goals are fulfilled. Prior to TheInfoPro, Adler contributed to the successful growth and project management of multiple organizations, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500. As CFO of EdgeTrade, Inc., Adler successfully developed the financial model and supporting materials that led to the successful sale of the organization for $61 million. Prior to EdgeTrade, as COO/CFO of GoalQuest, Inc., Adler restructured the company and product management, resulting in a 36% increase in sales and 300% increase in net income. Amongst Adler’s other professional highlights, he founded and served as CEO/CFO of Paperless Office Enterprises, LLC.
Anders Lofgren – Chief Research Officer
As the CRO of TheInfoPro, Lofgren leverages more than 16 years of experience in product management, marketing and strategy to ensure that TheInfoPro continues as a leading advisory and research firm for the IT industry. Before joining TheInfoPro, Lofgren served as SVP, Strategy at CA – a $4 billion a year enterprise IT management provider – where he directed strategy for the $150 million Mid-Market and Storage Business Unit. Prior to this position, he was the SVP of Product Management and Product Strategy for CA, where he managed a product management team responsible for a $400 million business. Prior to joining CA, Lofgren was a Senior Industry Analyst at Forrester Research and Giga Information Group, where he was the primary analyst responsible for storage management software. In addition, Lofgren has served as the Director of Marketing for Zetari, a startup organization focused on hosting infrastructure, and was Strategic Marketing Manager at Compaq Computer Corporation.
Deborah Cavaliere – Vice President of Operations and Client Services
As Vice President of Operations of TheInfoPro, Cavaliere leverages more than 12 years of experience ensuring TheInfoPro’s commitment to meeting organizational and customer service objectives. Prior to joining TheInfoPro, Cavaliere served as the Director of Human Resources and Compliance Officer for Trilogy Advisors, a New York-based global equity management firm with more than $3 billion in assets. Cavaliere also spent seven years as Director of Operations at Strategy & Tactics Corporation, a prominent market research firm, whose clients included numerous Fortune 500 companies.
